Hello there! Nice to meet you, I'm Dez.
My journey into coaching and mentoring is rooted in a deep love for supporting others through mindfulness. I hold an Associates Degree in Education, a Holistic Life Coaching certification and 15+ years experience across related fields, including 6 years working in educational environments and 3 years as a Mindful Journey Guide/Coach. In 2023, after a life-changing health experience that almost cost me my life, I realized how short and unpredictable life can be. I immediately knew I wanted to shift my focus to pursuing a career centered around something I have always been passionate about - uplifting others, supporting personal growth, and helping people find meaningful ways to care for themselves.
I live in Pennsylvania (but am originally from New Jersey!) and I am a wife and mother and I understand first-hand how easy it can be to move through life constantly focused on everyone and everything else around us. My own journey with mindfulness began at a young age through practices such as yoga and meditation, but it wasn't until later in life that I truly came to understand the impact that mindfulness could have on the way we move through life. It has taught me the importance of creating space to pause, reconnect and care for myself. Outside of my professional life you can usually find me indulging in my favorite creative hobbies which include nature walks, seeing live music, reading, painting, spending time with loved ones and enjoying a warm cup of tea!
In my coaching practice, I specialize in mindfulness-based coaching, helping you navigate daily stress to find a calm, low-demand space where you can ground yourself. Whether we are utilizing visual & hands-on strategies for daily living and executive functioning, practicing strength-based & encouraging self-esteem building in relationships, or exploring the grounding elements of mindfulness, nature, and music, my goal is to guide you at a comfortable, collaborative pace.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey!

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, valued, and included and that some of the most meaningful connections happen when we simply take the time to meet someone exactly where they are. My background is a unique blend of professional experience, caregiving, advocay, wellness lived experience, and a whole lot of life experience! I spent nearly 30 years in the coporate world working with individuals and families navigatin life-changing circumstances. But some of my greatest teachers have come from my own family and the incredible people I've had the privelage of supporting over the years. As a parent, I've spent more than 30 years learning about diverse minds, communication styles, and neurodiversity on a deeply personal level. I also embrace my own unique way of experiencing and moving through the world, which gives me a lived understanding of what it feels like to navigate life a little differently.
I'm endlessly curious and love reading, history, travel, storytelling, animals, nature, art, music, exploring new places, and finding creative ways to turn someone's interests into an adventure. Give me a good book, an old building with a story, a walk beneath the trees, or an afternoon discovering someplace new and I'm happy! I'm also a paranormal investigator, so if you happen to love ghosts, mysteries, history or things that go bump in the night, we'll definitely have plenty to talk about.
I'm a certified trauma-informed platonic toucch practitioner and Reiki Master. My work has given me a deep appreciation for consent, boundaries, emotional safety, sensory needs, and the many different ways people experience and interact with the world. I love working one-on-one, where there's time to really get to know someone. I take a calm, flexible, person-centered approach and pay attention to environment, pace, personal space, sensory preferences, communication style, and most importantly, the individual in front of me. My first priority is creating a relationship where my clients feel safe, accepted, respected, and genuinely valued. But mentorship should also be fun!
Whether we're working toward greater independence, exploring the community, practicing relationship and communication skills, discovering new interests, getting lost in a great story, or simply sharing a laugh over something completely ridiculous, my hope is to create a space where each person can comfortably be themselves. Because mentorship, to me, isnt about changing someone. It's about meeting them where they are, discovering where they want to go, and helping them see just how much of the world can belong to them.

Growing up, I was bullied for being different and often turned to reading and games as a way to have fun while feeling a sense of control. As an artist, singer, dancer, and creator, I experienced plenty of social pressures, but games offered a space where I could explore at my own pace, whether playing alongside others or enjoying solo time.
As an adult, I took my love for games, art, and music and invented FestiQuest, a guide designed to turn music events and social experiences into engaging games. Through that journey, I watched shy people become brave, reluctant eaters try something new, and adults struggling with choices turn decision-making into a fun, empowering game. I discovered a passion for unlocking potenial in others and in myself!
Outside of my professional work, you can usually find me creating art, singing, dancing, or diving into new games and creative projects. I especially love working one-on-one to make everday life and learning genuinely fun. Because I experienced being a "late-bloomer" myself, the memory of navigating tricky adulting milestones is still fresh for me, allowing me to relate deeply to clients facing similiar hurdles. Whether we are using games to build communication skills, practicing independent leisure with mobile games, or turning daily living routines into manageable, playful challenges, my goal is to meet you where you are and make growth feel approachable, joyful and fun!

For much of my life, I looked successful on the outside while feeling disconnected and empty on the inside. Despite managing millions of dollars as a corporate portfolio manager at an international bank, having a fancy car, and maintaining an immaculate resume, I was caught in an exhausting cycle of anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and survival mode. Like many of the people I work with today, I spent years trying to think my way out of challenges that lived much deeper than the mind.
That search led me on a journey of healing and self-discovery spanning more than a decade. Through coaching, meditation and mindfuless, nervous system work, somatic practices, and deep personal reflection, I began rebuilding my relationship with myself from the inside out and discovered that true transformation happens when the mind, body, and spirit come into alignment.
Today, as a multi-disciplinary, trauma-informed Facilitator and Magnetism Coach, I help others quiet the mental noise, develop deep self-trust, and step into the most authentic expression of who they are. Healing isn't about fixing yourself; it's about remembering who you were before disempowering experiences taught you to abandon yourself in order to survive.
I love working one-on-one to help clients uncover the mangetic energy, intuition, and personal power that already exists within them. Whether we are utilizing nervous system-based coaching, somatic practices, mindfuless, or practical daily life skills, my role is to guide you at a comfortable, collaborative pace as you step powerfully into your life!

Hi! I'm Liz.
I have been working as a general practicioner for 4 years, helping people navigate life changes, work toward meaningful goals, and explore new hobbies. Starting something new can feel intimidating, which is why I believe in building small, manageable habits every week to boost confidence and create positive routines that naturally translate into daily life.
Whether we are tackling everday tasks like doing laundry or cooking, or diving into personal goals like reading, learning new theories, or trying out new hobbies, my approach is all about taking things one step at a time. We work together to create small habits that help us focus on our main goals, check our progress regularly, and refine our techniques along the way.
While I love helping clients build practical life habits, my personal passions live in pop culture, anime series, and building with Legos and I am always excited to share those spaces through mentoring as well! Whether you want to establish daily routines, gain independence, or dive into specialized conversations around your favorite anime builds and Lego projects, my goal is to walk alongside you as you build confidence and thrive!
I look forward to working with you!
